Show your special someone that you love them as much as they love beer this Valentine’s Day! Valentine’s Day features will run February 11th – 13th.  Enjoy a private Valentine’s dinner in one of our igloos for up to 8 guests!

Appetizers and Starters

  • CITRUS AND GREENS

    Arugula and mixed field greens tossed in a grapefruit vinaigrette with heart-shaped watermelon radish slivers, pecorino romano flakes, purple carrot ribbons, candied walnuts

  • BAKED BRIE AND APPLES

    Granny Smith Apples fanned around brie covered in brown sugar bourbon sauce and candied nuts. Baked to order

  • CALAMARI AND PEPPERS

    Fried calamari and Fresno peppers dusted in oregano. Served with marinara dipping sauce

ENTREES

  • PRIME RIB

    10 oz. Pink peppercorn crusted prime rib served with loaded baked and tri-color carrots. Red wine au jus

  • THE RESTRAINING ORDER

    Campanelle pasta tossed in a spicy tomato sauce, with bay scallops, shrimp, calamari, topped with parsley, basil. Side of crispy bread

  • LOLLIPOP LAMB CHOP

    Three two oz rosemary lamb chops served with maple glaze, bourbon brown butter sweet potato. Sautéed ginger green haricot vert

  • BALSAMIC FIG BURGER

    6 oz burger grilled pink or no pink. Brie cheese, arugula, caramelized onion and fig jam. Balsamic blueberry glaze

Desserts

  • BAKED APPLE PINWHEEL

    Puff pastry folded and baked with apple filling. Topped with whipped cream.

  • DESSERT BOARD

    Berries, chocolate pieces, macaroons, figs, grapes, lemon poppy compote. Mixed nuts, shortbread strips dusted in powdered sugar.
