Welcome to Mudlick Tap House, where we’ve boldly reclaimed the word “gastropub” from pretentious establishments that think a pickle on a wooden board justifies a 300% markup.
Now nestled in the heart of Centerville, we pour high-end beer and craft cocktails that’ll make your taste buds high-five your brain.
Our chefs don’t just “inspire” our food—they obsessively create it from scratch. Our menu features regional variations of traditional pub fare, which is our fancy way of saying “comfort food that went to college.”
We built this place from the ground up, quite literally—outfitted with dark hardwoods, stainless steel features, and boldly tufted booths that practically demand you sink in and stay awhile. It’s like sitting in a leather-bound library, except instead of dusty books, we serve mindfully sourced food and handcrafted drinks.
When Mother Nature decides to behave herself, our inviting patio awaits your presence. Because let’s be honest—everything tastes better with a side of vitamin D and people-watching.
At Mudlick Tap House, we’re not just serving meals; we’re crafting experiences. Come hungry, leave happy, and somewhere in between, discover what happens when passion meets pint glass.
Artful, ambient shots of popular menu items, especially food/drink combos…
Action shots of people having a great night out… comfortable… eating, toasting, laughing, escaping… Natural, not posed… When possible, food and drink should be naturally present.
Brighter than our original green– inspired by the tiles and booth upholstery. We made up the name and we’re not turning back.

Also inspired by the booth upholstery. What can we say? Sinking into booths with a classic bourbon is our specialty.

Beige is a bad word, so we bent the hex code slightly to spell ‘Diablo’ for our vanity plates. Plus, it’s a perfect compliment to the darker hues.

Let’s keep it clean.

We didn’t name it, nor do we condone such activities. To the contrary, we find this shade to be quite sophisticated.
