Pan-fried wedge of brie cheese, glazed with pecans and maple syrup, topped with a seasonal compote. Served with apples, red wine grapes, and crostini.

White Bean Tabbouleh Burger
Veggie burger made with white beans and quinoa-parsley tabbouleh with melted white cheddar, hummus, sliced tomato, field greens, red onions, and an herb aioli, served on a Kaiser roll.
Griddled, thinly sliced ribeye steak in a crusty bolillo roll, with melted white cheddar, chimichurri, and pickled sweet peppers.
