Blackened Ribeye

10oz ribeye steak brushed with house-made barbeque sauce, dusted with blackening seasoning, then pan seared. Served with creamy grits, caramelized Brussel sprouts, and a pan sauce. Chefs recommend medium-rare or medium for optimal enjoyment.

Mediterranean Grouper

Pan-seared grouper served with a tender fried eggplant cutlet on a bed of quinoa-parsley tabbouleh and topped with an olive gremolata and sundried tomato pesto.

Rosemary-Garlic Chicken Thighs

Hill Family Farm chicken thighs, brined and rubbed with chopped garlic and rosemary, roasted with whole garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs and garnished with feta and pickled sweet peppers. Served with grits and sautéed greens.
